Perfect Pumpkin Chai

Pumpkin Chai with OM Multi-Herb Daytime ElixirSous Weed x Om Edibles

Serves 4

Dosage: 5mg THC/0.5mg CBD per person


Ingredients: • 1 cinnamon stick • 4 green cardamom pods • 4 black cloves • 1 star anise • 4 black peppercorns • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree • 2 Tbsp grated ginger • 2 1/2 cups water • 3 black tea bags • 2 cups dairy-free milk, like oat or coconut • Sweetener like honey or brown sugar to taste • 4 droppers (4ml) OM Edibles Daytime Elixir • Coconut whipped cream, optional • Caramel, optional


Directions:

  1. Add cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cloves, star anise, and black peppercorns k into a mortar and use the pestle to crush the spices into smaller pieces.

  2. In a medium saucepan, add crushed spices, pumpkin puree, grated ginger, water, and bring to a boil over high heat.

  3. Reduce the heat to medium and add tea bags and dairy-free milk. Simmer for 5 minutes then turn off heat and steep for another 5 minutes.

  4. Sweeten to taste and strain through a fine mesh strainer into mugs. Add a dropper of OM Edibles Multi-Herb Daytime Elixir into each mug and stir well. Add a dollop of whipped cream and drizzle of caramel if you want to turn it into a sweet treat.
